Allow me to put your mind at ease.   I'm Walt Mack.   I'm what they call a "good ol' boy". I grew up in the country and was raised with solid country values which  are based upon HONESTY...INTEGRITY...and the desire to make others happy and to treat everyone that way I would want to be treated. I'm not a big city repair shop. I don't have a huge showroom, nor do I have 26 employees and huge overhead costs which make my prices sky high.   I'm Walt Mack.   I AM Mack's Clock repair. My shop is located on the property I grew up on. My "methods" are "country". Wholesome, honest and refreshing.   My credentials ??? BIG Time qualifications...and equal or better than any of those big city, over priced "get em in...get em out” sweat shops ! Wanna feel comfortable about who you give your property to ?   I went to school for this.   I have diplomas not only in watch and clock REPAIR... but also in clock making. I can MAKE a clock from scratch. I have worked in extremely reputable jewelry organizations where I was entrusted to repair all watches and clocks.   Folks...this next part is important.   My skill and reputation ended up with me being employed by TIMEX at their U.S Corporate headquarters in Connecticut. I spent Thirteen Years at TIMEX with a position of Process Product Engineer, responsible for the start-up of production of new products. At the same time, I was entrusted to restoring antique clocks for the Waterbury Clock Museum in Waterbury Connecticut. Bottom line folks...you don't spend 13 years at TIMEX, one of the most recognizable names in "time", and you don't hold the positions I did with TIMEX and WATERBURY, unless you KNOW HOW TO DO THIS !! I CAN fix your watch or your clock or your time piece ! And...you won't need to mortgage your house                                         in order to pay me !
